Officers/ Employees
This discount is available on accommodation part to All Government and PSU's employees on his official / private visit as per availability of rooms in RTDC Hotels/Motels.
Conditions applied for the above discounts.
(i) All type of discounts applicable on prescribed tariff decided from time to time.
(ii) Above discounts will be admissible on submission of self attested photocopy of the valid proof at the
time of check in.
(iii) Admissible amount of discount will be adjusted in catering bill/taxes or other services at the time of
check out if there are any balance remains towards the guest after all adjustments then this may be
refunded at the time of check out at unit level.
(iv) Only one type of discount will be allowed at a time which is given to various categories i.e. employees
/ women travelers / senior citizen / Divyaang /online users etc.
(v) No discount is allowed during 24th to 31st December, specified dates and place of fairs & festival and
Deepawali period.
(vi) All the above discounts will be admissible to those only who are making a direct booking with
RTDC, not through the marketing agents & travel agents.
(vii) In units where the tariff is on AP (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner) / MAP (Breakfast + Either Lunch
or Dinner) Plan the discounts will be given only on accommodation part and not on the catering
part.
(viii) In case any cancellation occurs the cancellation charges will be levied upon the prescribed room
tariff and not on the amount after discount.
